In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, serrano pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Add enough of the tomatillo sauce or salsa Verde to moisten it evenly. Divide the mixture among the 8 tortillas and roll them up tightly. Cut into wedges and serve immediately
