1 Men in critical condition after stabbing in southeast Calgary on Tuesday night , a young man is in the hospital battling for his life.

Around 7:45 p.m., according to police, the victim was attacked with bear spray and a knife in an athletic park near Copperstone Road S.E.

According to EMS, an 18-year-old guy was sent to the hospital because his injuries were critical.

The 18-year-old was the sole patient paramedics carried, although others around may have been harmed by the bear spray, according to EMS.

Police say they are interviewing witnesses even though there are no suspects in custody and no suspect descriptions available at this time.
